REF-92 is the 2nd EP from Baltimore's MESS. This time around the songs are slightly longer, slightly jammier, more parts, etc. Still sounds like that golden moment when emo and indie rock were basically the same thing in the mid 90s - think PROMISE RING, RAINER MARIA, SPENT, BUFFALO TOM.
