REF-84 is the debut from Seattle/Akron duo LITTER PARTY. This is the sound of longstanding friendship, rendered in drums and guitars and singing. These seven songs cover quite a bit of stylistic ground, from the lo-fi BIG STAR worship of "Big Billy Ideas", the bouncy crunch-pop of "Dead Folks", slow-burning noisiness of "U Wanted A Change", and that's just the first 3/7ths of the record lol.
